After consulting the restaurant, my girlfriend and I decided to go in. After climbing up, we waited for a staff member to approach us. Everyone looked at us, and one staff member who passed by with plates said "Good evening." Since he didn't tell us if we could sit down and no other staff member approached us, even though most of the tables were empty, we decided to sit down. As we began to sit, an attendant came over and repeatedly asked, "Can I help you?" in an arrogant tone. We said we were there for dinner, and she disdainfully said, "When it's like this, you need to wait for someone to tell you where you can sit. This table could have been reserved." I replied, "We waited and no one informed us of anything," to which she condescendingly responded, "You didn't wait."
An attendant like this is unjustifiable. We did wait, and she saw us, yet no one informed us of anything. It was a purely immature and arrogant attitude from someone who wants to feel superior and scold someone unnecessarily. It made me so outraged to be so poorly received in a restaurant in a city I'm visiting that I left immediately.

This was 100 euro dry aged steak , 80% of it was fat and the rest was edible . Complete scam and do not recommend . Sent the steak back because when it came out the first time it was COLD on the inside . Dead giveaway that it was frozen and not dry aged . Really upset that this was the only bad experience i’ve had in Portugal but won’t ever come back and will tell anyone i talk to that this place is a scam .

We made a reservation for the first dinner shift. We arrived half an hour later with a warning that this would be the case on our part, and then had to finish dinner a little over an hour later. We had dinner in good time. The boy's service was very friendly, but we were also received and attended to by a girl who made a point of showing no sympathy or empathy at any time. We felt that the treatment was superior and we did not understand why. In addition to this unnecessary drama, the menu was lacking a lot of dishes. Anyway, it was New Year's Eve, we wanted to have good food and what came was undoubtedly well served and tasty. The only thing left to be desired was the poor service and friendliness of some of the staff in particular.
We booked a table for 4 for New Year’s Eve. The reservation was made by phone for 19.30 but we got a call at 19.15 saying we had a table for 19 and confirming our place since we would have to leave by 8h45 due to the next sitting round.When we arrived we were immediately told there were several entries not available anymore. We choose our main dish. When asking for the drink, it was also not available (it was the only sangria of the menu and they said “they did not have maracujá”). One of us asked for a specific beer that was on the menu, it was not available anymore as well. We ended choosing something else.The service was good, depending on the people who were serving us. At some moments, we felt our presence was not welcomed there and there was a pressure to rush us to finish it all. At 9h10, we were still there and the restaurante was not full or with people waiting.The food was great, overall. The meat was amazing, the French fries were truly good and the drinks as well.However, for a New Years Eve reservation it disapponted me that so many options were lacking from the menu and the service was not fully amazing as it could have been. Although the food was good, the experience for finishing the year was disappointing.

Everything about this restaurant pleases me! The welcoming service, the excellent atmosphere, everything is very cute, the meat, what can I say, simply perfect, tasty whatever you choose.
