This review may not be very important but you can see that the service is not that good. I went in and went to the tobacco machine to buy and looked at the employee who was on the terrace talking to a customer, I waited a few minutes since in most places we need to wait for the employee to turn on the machine for security reasons. Now I waited for the girl to come and help me and turn on the machine, but no, she continued the conversation and didn't care if I needed help. In the meantime, I gestured and pointed to the machine to see if they would call me. It turns out that the girl looked at me and she decided to continue the conversation. What amazement I am when I look at the machine a third time and realize that it is Self-Service, where the customer arrives and has the control there and serves himself. My honest opinion is correct, but there is no interest on the part of the employees to indicate, help or inform us that we can use tobacco alone. I THINK IT'S JUST TERRIBLE!! A tip: put some kind of indication on the machine or train your employees to pay more attention to the customer! Thanks

I couldn't drink a simple coffee on the terrace because, as they only served it on the terrace (something strange to say the least) and there were no seats, I didn't have the right (to drink coffee) ?
