At this McDonald's we reached 2 extremes, in which we have friendly employees and rude employees.As a person who works in the customer service and public relations area, I think it is a lack of education/training that there are employees who cannot say a simple good afternoon, even more so when I always say good morning/good afternoon when I go there to eat (almost none of the sometimes I have a good afternoon back.)Completely apathetic, with a rude posture.I think that if they don't have customer service skills or training, they shouldn't be on the front line.As for the employees who go out of their way to be friendly, best of luck.
