This Milano is a shame for the franchise. They weren't serving anyone. We arrived at 8 and they DISAPPEARED from the counter so they wouldn't answer. Losing 8 customers on a Monday night means not wanting to work. And they really lost. I hope the other franchise in Aveiro returns as soon as possible. That one knew how to do the job right.Edit: by chance the response comes to my email after 10 months and I see the owner's response. It would have been more elegant to have accepted that it was wrong. No franchises? There are 3 Milanos in Aveiro alone. And the one in Praça 14 de Julho has infinitely better service. Maybe they should use it as an example. Not human? The point where you see inhumanity is in ignoring other customers for 10 minutes in an establishment that was practically empty. The excuse of going to serve other customers is invalid and a lie. Unreasonable? Deacabeda is this response where you don't have empathy with a person who was treated badly in your establishment.
