Five years since my last visit. The bacalhau as natas is still exquisite and the waiters are endearing: serious, but friendly. As with most restaurants in Aveiro, they have gone all out with their prices and I estimate that they have raised them by at least 50%. I remember that the octopus was around 27 euros and now it is over 40 euros. Very tender, yes.
It continues to fill up day after day, so the rise is normal. It will cost me more, but I will keep going because...

Very overloaded. You must arrive in time to find a table. The alternative will be to book. As there are a lot of people, the atmosphere is noisy but that is typical of this type of restaurant.

The place is very nice, the service is good and there is a lot of atmosphere. The food was spectacular, the sardines were great, very tasty and the picaña was perfect and very tender. It's a shame it doesn't have a terrace.
