There are very few staff to assistAt first it takes forever to be served, and when you do they say there is no food at all.I understand that people usually drink more but nothing to eat is too much. The man who works there is friendly and offered to make a single burger because they didn't have anything.

On a visit to the city, we went in to have something to drink. To our surprise, when we went to the sofas, there were cockroaches in the middle of the sofas. After we called the boss, the response was, take them out and I won't worry.

I was walking around Aveiro and needed to go to the bathroom. Distressed, I went back to Ria-cafe and asked to go to the bathroom. They demanded to consume something. There was only an ATM to pay for some expenses, but they only accepted payment in cash. Luckily, I was accompanied by a friend who lent me some change and I made some money. Only then could I pee. I was disappointed by the employee's lack of friendliness and humanism. And I usually go to this cafe regularly with friends from college.
