It is a shame. We ordered the option of unlimited eating and drinking for €7.95. They serve us a medium and a large pizza for 3 people and when we finish and order another they tell us that it can only be ordered one at a time. 45 minutes to be served a small pizza that does not arrive and the place is completely empty. And the unlimited drink thing is not true because they have only given us two bottles. The worst service I have ever seen in a Telepizza.

We ordered endless food, to start with languages or only Portuguese, then we ordered a pizza, everything was fine, we went to the second one and it took them 45 minutes to bring it out, everything was empty so it can't be due to the high number of orders

The food was bad: the chicken was almost raw, the portion of fries was very bad, and I didn't even eat the nuggets. The all-you-can-eat pizzas were hard and all "with the same flavor". - Not to mention the delay of almost 1 hour for 1 pizza.
The service was bad, I believe because it was the end of the shift (when I went it was 10pm, but I asked what time they were open until 1am - so I was at ease, despite leaving the establishment at 11:30pm). The only employees who were friendly and cordial were those at the cash register, otherwise we received poor service. I even saw an employee leaving a pizza on a dirty and empty table, where the customers had clearly already left, and the employee left the pizza there.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I still recommend other, better places. It might even work for delivery, but in person it was traumatic.

The establishment didn't have many people and we opted for the “unlimited food and drink” option. They forgot to say that the waiting time would also be unlimited Oh, and the “unlimited” drinks are after all 2/3 of 33cl. In the space of 2 hours we only managed to eat 2 pizzas, one of which was the size of a plate. The only one who saved was the guy at the cashier who was nice. Poor choice, absurd conditions and an experience not to be repeated.
