Very long waiting time to order, double the time until the first order is served. By then, guests who arrived much later have finished eating and left the restaurant while we got the first order. The food we ordered, even though it was shown on the daily menu, is no longer available. Otherwise the food tastes delicious. Although you often had to ask about the order that had been received. The staff is overwhelmed to serve us, despite reservations. This should have calculated that it is the peak season, i.e. with tourists and locals who have started their holiday season, as well as the time factor that the weekend is busier than usual. The staff has two people who take the order and serve it. In my opinion, far too few staff for this day. Payment should be checked very carefully. A bottle of wine and an icetea were overcharged. I don't want to know what they charge other customers. So be careful.

We reserved our table for 12:30 p.m., we arrived at 12:38 p.m., and we have to share our bad experience. We wait for our drinks for over 45 minutes, we often order and don't arrive, only 2 employees for more than 120 guests. So we didn't just come, we reserved it in advance. After that there are only 3 different sorters for food, and at 12:50, everything we want is no longer available...so catastrophe, I'm Spanish and I've never seen such bad service in my life. I don't know where the good rating comes from if it takes people more than 3 hours to eat because each step takes forever. So we are really unhappy, we have reserved this for our family for our wedding anniversary, and we feel really sad and unhappy. We will definitely not recommend it and we will never come back. So now we're 1'25 to the table and with noise we only have bread with a bit of a starter.... Drinks much later of course. So...very disappointed restaurant.
Hire more staff and get more food for the guests. Only 1* is for location only. Beautiful.

Dinner for 2, on a Saturday. 20:00h. Calm environment, a wonderful evening. Ambient music that makes you wish it was S. João. Friendliness and top service. Wonderful food, with superb quality. The post.... owes nothing to anyone. We ordered half steak and half cod. More than enough food. They had warned us well. So I never start the diet again ehhhh
