Deplorable service. Super rude and rude employee. I asked (in a situation of extreme need) to charge my cell phone, a request that was promptly denied and with unpleasant comments, even though I was consuming and with a clear intention of continuing to do so for longer. Men's bathroom with an amazing smell. Not to mention the exaggerated insistence that as soon as our drink finished we would ask for more. I do not recommend this space to anyone.

I don't recommend this place at all! Run away before it's too late!!!Terrible attendance! They are always putting pressure on the customer and respond crookedly. I asked the difference between a normal dog and a vintage dog and they answered me arrogantly as if I had to guess that a vintage dog doesn't have sausage and they were rude and asked "and now do you want a dog or will you need more time to ask?" ?”. It looks like they are making an effort here! There are people who have no talent for working in customer service. In this place I felt very uncomfortable and untreated.Ps: if they used more sausage maybe the mood would improve

I asked for a brandy (2.50) they didn't have the brand and they proposed a lower quality one.In the end they charged CRF (old brandy) for almost twice the price (4.75)I don't like being robbed like anyone else. Abuse and judge customers as fools. Soon I already had bars, restaurants and clubs.In general, the space appears not very clean and the environment leaves something to be desired: CMTV and no music.A tavern with bar prices in downtown Porto.
The maid was very rude and rude, we all have bad days but we must, above all, keep calm in the workplace and be professional!

But weren't they the ones who welcomed us? Because when we arrived we asked if they had room for us and the answer was positive! Not after all. The woman even came after me on the street, just ridiculous, saying she wasn't an employee, she was the owner. So, thanks to the kind effort of the lady who followed me down the street, we now know: the problem is not with the staff. It's in management!
