What a wonderful meal! Unexpectedly we debuted Oma's new menu. Everything was excellent, but when we talked about the meal again the opinion was unanimous, and the highlights were: the brioche (from the house's homemade breads), the cauliflower purée from the starter, the crispy potato (from the Presa à Bulhão Pato) and the texture of the Veal. In dessert, the highlighted element was fig leaf oil. The chef's mastery was noted, accompanied by the extreme friendliness...
