After doing the PR4 in Serra da Aboboreira, the goal was to miss the famous year in the oven. There wasn't, but we were compensated by a good meal and excellent greenery in the region. As it's the Christmas season, we ended with an excellent French toast. Thank you for the welcome and excellent service. It is recommended.

Located in the center of Baião, the Fonte Nova Restaurant is a very pleasant, informal, beautiful, familiar and very welcoming space.It is a restaurant with excellent traditional Portuguese and regional cuisine, high quality cuisine, good preparation and great flavor.The region's meats are the hallmark of the house, with the possibility of choosing between Grilled Posta and Oven-roasted Anho.Cod is also a great and tasty option.Excellent and diverse wine list.Good service, great availability and a lot of friendliness from the entire staff.I highly recommend it?

The food was good but upon arrival, we had to give our name and we had to wait a little even with empty tables, I didn't understand. Maybe because it's Sunday!
Fresh orange juice, the starter bread is a sight to behold. And the cod is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Stuffed dishes, although the duck was a little washed out…What displeased me the most was ordering a dish for a child long before the adults and the dish arriving at dessert time because they forgot … I was a little disappointed. And neither discount nor attention from the house. Not even an apology… anyway… otherwise the food is worth the price.
