It's sad when your quaint local owned by seemingly nice locals turns out to be no better than your run off the mill highway gas station, a bit more love and it could be great but unfortunately not,( ps if you know good brittish fish and chips like i do this aint it, also those who have chips need sauce and dont want to have to pay per serving of sauce, stingy *,

Just a really great place. The owner or family is simply great. Friendly, authentic and cosmopolitan at heart. The food is great, the location suits this place perfectly and the prices are simply top.Overall, totally recommended

Actually I came here to do research for packages because this cafe is also a DHL service point...The owner was so incredibly friendly that I decided not only to ask about the packages, but also to have a coffee...And I can say I wasn't disappointed, coffee and pastel de nata were very, very tasty...Not only is the price and performance right here, but friendliness is also incredibly important here. I'm happy not to come back just to pick up packages...

Very cozy village bar and very reasonably priced. We have spent several days camping with the family and despite taking food to prepare, we discovered this site and we loved it. We went several days for lunch.They put 3 different and homemade dishes of the day every day in addition to the menu. We liked everything we tried (the bacalhau à braz, cabidela de galo do campo, beef stew with mashed potatoes,...) Every day we tried several different dishes. My little son loved the "sopa de legumes" also very rich. The treatment was very friendly and for €50 we ate 4 people with several dishes, drinks and even coffee and dessert. Highly recommended.
