Unfortunately, unlike other visits to the King Barcelos burger, the service was poor, the girl didn't ask me if I needed a taxpayer, I asked and still managed to not include a taxpayer on the invoice.The cold and bad-looking potatoes, including a half dose, the hot hamburger with cold bread, the nuggets I was waiting for were saved and at least they came hot.Very weak and what was a lunch ended up being 4 nuggets.

The store supervisor is a rude, liar and unprepared, Burger King still condones the lie. If you go to the store, don't fill out any surveys. For the statement that you will be entitled to a toast at the end is false, misleading and lying. Now let's hope they write that they regret the experience I had and it wasn't what they expected. But change something, nothing!!! Just look at the amount of negative comments on this store. Go to another store if possible. It's not worth going to this store!! Here's the tip.

During my snack I made the inquiry to have a free King Sandy mini burger, according to the note they gave me when I paid for the snack. At the end of the survey on the site, the code came out. The note asks me to write the code in the note itself. As I didn't have a pen, I made a screenshot. I went to the counter to get my product and the attendant said I had to do it right away. I said I made it while eating. She said the code changes every day. I showed the date and time of the photo. And I said that I only made the print because I didn't have a pen. I showed the photo and she didn't care to solve or explain. I insisted. I even asked if it was to be done again. He treated me with a complete lack of respect. It's a director. I have her name but I don't want to expose it. It was at 3:20 pm on 8/15/23. And I made the print at 14:52. In the print itself, it tells me to write the code on the receipt. I mean, just give me a pen. And I would talk to her and she kept getting away from me. I want to redo my inquiry and note how awful this employee was. It's not the toast, but her action. Just repeated that print could not. It was revolting. I've never experienced this in any BK.
