Completely inexperienced staff speak badly to the customer, someone asks them for something and they just complain “it’s not a 5* restaurant” just for asking to heat up the sauce that came coldHard bread. Sauce sees cold glasses coming to the table hot among many other things.

I can only comment on the sweet part. It's a little paradise for those of us with a sweet tooth. Multitude of individual cakes from the rich and varied Portuguese confectionery. Magnificent Bolos de Rei and whole puddings to take away. Yum!!

The service needs to improve, the service is very apathetic and during the choice, it takes away what we are ordering so that there is no exchange when the table is delivered.WC without toilet paper or hands, a bottle of water with soap and detergent to help ourselves.If these items were improved it would have been a great experience.I believe they will do better.

A real dump had no conditions at all! I even saw cockroaches walking through the pans, it's a lack of hygiene! A citius like that should be closed and put in containment of so many bad conditions it has. I don't recommend it to anyone!
