I denote a decline in service and quality of drinks. As a regular customer, it is unacceptable for them to serve a Moscow mule that costs €8 with 3 massive ice cubes plus crushed ice, lemon and not lime, practically non-existent vodka and ginger beer that was not even noticeable due to the amount of "lemon juice". Furthermore, the pineapple juice was full of fiber, they didn't drain the pulp, and I had to ask for straws for the drinks twice. Was it the opening of the terrace? Opening in Parque das Nações? Or are you saving up for DJ Diego Miranda? Attention management......

Terrible service! This is the second time I've been there and I've received poor service, the employees always look bored and don't want to help. Super rude…. Right at the entrance, I went to ask if there was a waiting list (a normal question, don't you think?) and was met with a super rude answer: “- go to the end of the line and you'll get the answer”. What was this?? Am I in line for free food? That's how I felt. Then inside it's all complicated, they're not flexible. I'm sorry, the place is beautiful, the “food” isn't the worst, but the atmosphere created by the employees themselves is INTRADABLE.
