Deplorable terrace. Lack of Hygiene: filthy floor, tables and chairs, covered in animal waste without any concern for cleaning, even in relation to the rubbish left by customers from the previous day (napkins, packets of sugar, cigarette butts, etc.). This was on Sunday morning but, unfortunately, it seems to me that this scenario will not only have to do with the lack of cleaning from yesterday to today...In order to sit down I was forced to walk around the terrace looking for a clean chair. It is a shame! It was once a pleasant and inviting space. Please try to improve!

Pay attention to the bills... They usually charge for things that customers don't consume. It's happened more than once. By the way... It seems that the owner can also park his white Mercedes next to the terrace when the cars are supposed to be in the parking lot.

I went to see the place on a recommendation, and I was positively impressed. Excellent location, cute and pleasant atmosphere. Good service, the waitress was friendly and attentive to us. There aren't many savory options, and the sweets leave nothing to be desired.

It was a place I used to go to, given the fantastic location, but whose service has deteriorated a lot and today I no longer recommend it. Terrible service, inflated prices. The hot chocolate, which was great, was removed from the menu. Just like Chocolate Fondue. Yesterday I ordered a coffee and a toast. The coffee arrived. The toast came 15 minutes later, when there was no more coffee. Resilient, I ordered another coffee, which took another 10 minutes, when there was no more toast. It's really laughable.

It was a place we used to go to but it no longer had quality in everything. We went this week at 7.30pm, with a posted closing time at 9pm and on the kitchen platforms at 8.30pm, they immediately informed us, as if in an attempt to make us leave, that after 8pm they would no longer serve food, we still sat down and placed our order. What is our surprise when children aged 9 and 4 are sharing a mixed toast and it contains slofan plastic inside half of the smaller one, and some disaster could have happened as the piece wasn't that small. Having said that, we will never return to a place that we loved so much but that is so unpleasant in everything.
Establishment located within the park, next to a lake with ducks and turtles, a fantastic location ? the advertised images of the dishes and desserts do not correspond to the current reality, the service is precarious and zero care and most dishes are not available and desserts that appear in the photographs.Site with immense potential but currently lacking quality!

I introduced myself and brought my mother and baby to eat crepes, the first establishment where I asked for a glass of water and they replied: "feel free to go get it at the counter". In addition to having spent a long time waiting for a table that they said was preparing and other people were sitting there. In short and concluded: never again!!

Some choice in terms of hot drinks, the pastries are very poor. Dots are very industrialized and only have one cake per day. The toasts are good and well filled (they refused to add cheese to the chicken pasta toast ??♀️) and the dulce de leche and almond pancakes were also tasty. At 5pm on a Sunday there were almost none of the hot chocolates left and the cake for the day was already gone. The staff is friendly, the decor is beautiful and there is easy parking.
