It was much better
When it opened it had top service and good promotions.
Nowadays, in my opinion, it leaves a little to be desired.
The pizzas are made with the minimum amount of ingredients and when they arrive home, sometimes they are not even hot enough to be a pleasant meal.
To eat like this, it's best to put a frozen supermarket one in the oven, it's cheaper at least.

They don't have a wide variety of pizzas and the worst thing is that when I parked the car, when I arrived at the store and only found my wife and friends, I found out that I have to pay in advance for the carvery, and my wife couldn't wait at her friends' table to my arrival, and I would be the one to pay. Even explaining the situation, the employee insisted on waiting for the cashier.
Unprepared staff and reasonable service, although we didn't leave just because it was one of our friends' birthdays.
We made the complaint to the complaints book.

Unfortunately, in 3 years in Portugal we have never been treated so badly in an establishment.

I've ordered pizzas three times from this Domino's and the quality is very poor. I really like Domino's, but spending money for poor quality food, undercooked and with more bread than filling, doesn't attract customers.

As a delivery service (which is why it is most popular) it is terrible and the quality of the food has deteriorated over time. I waited 2 hours for the pizza (until I decided to cancel the order and order elsewhere) and I didn't even receive an apology from the company. Bad professionals. I advise against

KIQ SERVICES

For people who are more familiar with the pizza rotation system in Brazil, this is the best option (in this case, it is the closest there is to this experience). You can choose between 3 categories: "Eat & Drink", "All you want" and "You want" (in this way from the cheapest to the most expensive). All people at the table participate in the rotation and they all participated in the same rotation.

Food: The pizzas are great. Talking about "a vontadinha", which is my recurring choice, in the first round you receive a giant/family pizza that can have 2 flavors and you can choose a snack for every two people and after you're finished you can order one more medium pizza with 2 flavors and 1 snack for every two people, other than that, drinks are free. That's it until they're satisfied, at the end they get a complimentary cup of coffee.

My recommendations for pizza are carbonara and AI pizza and for snacks are garlic bread with cheese and rustic potatoes.

Service: sometimes the information can be somewhat conflicting depending on the employee who serves you. They have a loyalty card that you get a stamp for every time you go to the rotation and on the 10th time you get a free rotation, but you have to accumulate all 10 within 90 days (which is something they don't tell you at the time). Normally, employees are very polite and quite charismatic if you appear to be receptive as well.

Atmosphere: I recommend taking a jacket as depending on the store it can get quite cold, sometimes there is background music. Depending on the store you go to, it's a good idea to call ahead to let them know or make a reservation as it may not fit a lot of people due to the space being common to those who are just going to have a snack.

Great value for money, I highly recommend it.
Good for meetings with coworkers or birthday celebrations.

I'll never go there again. And I only went once, they only give refills after the pizzas arrive, it doesn't make sense. Change your name from Eat and Drink to a different name, eat and drink with rules.

I was offered a leaflet, which clearly says "BUY 1 PIZZA ON THE WEBSITE OR APP, PUT THE CODE RBFRANCALY ON DOMINOSPIZZA.PT AND WE WILL OFFER YOU: 1 MEDIUM PIZZA + 1REDBULL". After placing the order via the APP, the order arrived without the pizza on offer.After contacting the store and sending an email with the leaflet attached, the manager was completely unaware of the promotion and said there was nothing she could do. The service provided by the manager was actually very poor, without any sense of customer orientation.Because of this misleading campaign, I missed my lunch hour and didn't eat anything. I think the resolution could have been done in a very simple way, which was to simply offer what it says in the promotion.Definitely unethical, and the injured party ended up being the one who should have done it least, the customer.I believe that Dominos does not "yet" have the need to deceive customers in such a creative way.
