I visited the Fidalgo hamburger restaurant twice and had very different experiences each time. On the first visit, I confess that I was disappointed. As this is a space specializing in artisanal burgers, I expected a high standard in terms of flavor and quality, but the experience fell short of my expectations.
However, I decided to give the place a second chance, and my perception changed a little. Although the food wasn't spectacular yet, this time I was positively surprised by other aspects. The sangria stood out for its quality and incredibly affordable price, which made the meal more enjoyable. Furthermore, the view from the place is a big positive point.
Overall, if the quality of the burgers were consistent, the place could become a solid dining option. But at least the sangria and the view make it worth a third visit.

The burgers are always very well served. The service is fast. I recommend you book a table, we got there on a Friday at 7pm and got a table on the terrace. Anyone who arrived later had to wait. Great for groups or families.

If it wasn't the first time it was bad luck, the second is basically bad management for not investing in adequate power for the business.... They already were.

The place itself is good What I don't like is the person (grill) who imposes the burger (meat) in the conditions he wants and not that of the customer who will eat and be paying. If I liked raw meat, I would eat the animals alive like a canine. Respect, your salary comes from customers.
