The food is the strong point of this establishment, it is excellent. The sushi is good. The pasta and rice are excellent. The grilled meats are good, the grilled shrimp is divine. The fried ones are good. The meats with sauces are excellent. I didn't enjoy the ramen (I accept that it may be a matter of personal preference). The location of the restaurant is poor, it is located in the middle of the Palhais industrial park, so there is no type of entertainment after dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant is not strong, despite being well decorated, the division of the space is weak and there are many islands of tables that end up in the center of the restaurant with a lot of movement around. As it is a very large space with no large separation of tables and is often full, it is an extremely noisy restaurant (it is difficult to maintain a conversation with the person sitting in front) and is therefore a very unpleasant space. Communication with employees is not easy, most do not speak Portuguese. There are employees with specific functions (clearing the table or collecting orders), as such, the majority of employees do not collect orders, this type of employee is rare and sometimes customers are left waiting for a long time for orders to be collected (about 10 minutes in bad cases). To combat long waiting times it is tempting to order more food at a time, this is not possible as the tables are remarkably small and cramped (it is not possible to order more than 3 or 4 dishes at a time), and it is therefore forced waiting a long time between courses, thus frequently interrupting the meal. Dinner is expensive in this restaurant, for two people it is difficult to have dinner for less than €50 if the option is the all you can eat menu. Lunch is calmer and cheaper, which is why it's my recommendation. In conclusion, it is expensive for the atmosphere it has, the food is good, having to wait a long time between dishes is a frustrating experience. In my opinion, I don't know if the quality of the food makes up for it. Having said all this, given the all you can eat Asian options in the surrounding area, there is no better option. We were 4 people, we arrived at 8:30 pm, they gave us 1 sheet, we ordered about 5 starters... they took 20 minutes to serve, then we ordered about 7 types of varieties... Another 30 minutes, and there were still 2 left that never arrived table... There was no soy sauce either, I had to ask for it. We were still hungry... Because we hadn't eaten almost anything yet... We looked at the time and it was 10pm... I made 1 more simple order and they told me that the kitchen closed at 10pm... Sincerely?? More name than anything else. I was hungry, it took a long time to deliver the food, few staff, and that was it, €22 good luck to the next customers
