Excellent service. The few times there are any problems with the order (whether in the restaurant, takeaway, or even through apps like Uber or Glovo), they are quick to resolve and very friendly.
There was even one night when the Drive-Thru was busier than usual, and they handed me the ice creams I ordered first, asking me to go ahead and wait for the food. Although I only waited 3 minutes, the person who came to bring the food to my car immediately asked without me even bringing it up in the conversation if I wanted the ice cream to be changed due to the time taken.
There was another night when, on a previous Drive-Thru visit, they had forgotten to include a sharebox with 20 nuggets. When I went to make the payment at the Drive-Thru for the current visit, I mentioned that they forgot, just to be aware of this, without demanding anything, because it had been at least 3 nights ago, and unfortunately there was no more not even the purchase receipt. As the employees recognized me, and even remembered an extraneous conversation we had during the payment process regarding the limited Sweet Chili sauce on the night they didn't include the said Nuggets, they decided to include a sharebox of 20 Nuggets in the current order, and even offered two more doses of potatoes, as an apology.
5-star service, hat's off, and it's the type of service that other establishments (Burger King, KFC, etc.) should at least TRY to imitate.
