Every Friday evening from 9 p.m., you can buy a hot bread out of the oven which they cut in half to spread with lots of butter then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. By the time it gets to you, the butter will have melted and soaked the crumb of this homemade ball bread. All that remains is to cut it and taste it with a good bottle of chilled jurpiga.
