A reference to this space that I hadn't visited in more than 30 years and I was happy to return, I loved it and missed the spare ribs, very well seasoned as always and I spent the whole afternoon eating it. I recommend it for those who don't know. Otherwise, it's a simple space, with friendly staff, I just find it very noisy. As for the price, it is quite acceptable.
Please find out how spare ribs were grilled before. The truth is that the sauce and the way of grilling have changed. Flavor with a lot of lemon, instead of the lemon touch it had before. And very spicy. Otherwise, everything seemed the same to me in relation to the old management. But spare ribs are certainly not what they used to be.
