Very vegan-friendly! They have a vegetarian menu with 4 dishes that can be made vegan (the chili is already vegan). Nice little restaurant in downtown Batalha just a short walk from the Batalha Monastery. Try the vegetables à Brás.

The very smiling owner speaks French and the service is pleasant and fast.
There is something for everyone: salad, fish, grilled meats and more original things like empanadas, carpaccios etc.
We really enjoyed this little restaurant which is a change from what we found in Portugal.
