Dining during Ovibeja week is always challenging but the service was quick and friendly and food delicious. We spoke with other diners on adjacent tables some of whom are regulars and their experience was excellent too. We will return next time we are in Beja. Tip: choco frito & bochechas are to die for ?

I gave the food 1 star because I can't give anything less. I never thought that the cook at this restaurant, who I consider good, would have these dishes that tarnish her work. If you can't make them well, don't include them on the menu. Shrimp attack, a horror. Never ask is to forget. Prawns with shells. The bread is made with a horrible flour, it tastes like the sea, seafood, nothing like prawns. An açorda has to be with bread, or Alentejano, or paposeco, or rye, or broa, but with bread. Never use flour. It even looked like a pre-frozen preparation diluted with water.Be careful with certain dishes, they are very deceiving.

The food is good, but the staff was quite stressed, and they got one of the main dishes wrong (pork meat instead of beef).

Restaurant in the park Feiras de Beja, taking into account the hot day when I visited the restaurant, the temperature was excessive, being very hot inside. The food is good, within what is expected, however the price is above the average for the city, taking into account the atmospheric conditions. I was at a group lunch where I paid €69 for 2 adults and two 5 year olds , which seems excessive to me, considering that the two children don't manage to eat a portion. The food was actually pretty good. I definitely had some doubts about the quality/price ratio. On the other hand, I got the feeling that the team was in a hurry to dispatch the group, bringing food in a row, including desserts without part of the group having finished their meal dishes, I don't know if I'll be back.
