Unpleasant boss. Food blah blah. I ordered pizzas with Parma ham but the ham never arrived on the pizzas. I contacted the restaurant 25 times, always on answering machine. And when I managed to get through to the Boss she hung up the phone on me 3 times. She's really rude and not right. Restaurant to build!!!

I'm an almost regular visitor to this restaurant, which in terms of food is so good that it's almost always full. To get a table, you have to go very early, or book well in advance.
This, in itself, is a sign of product excellence - so much so that they have a lot of employees - and I am of the opinion that they should even consider expanding the business, as they don't seem to have their hands full...
........ ALTHOUGH......
they have a huge flaw: they only have ONE fixed number (if they have another, it is not advertised anywhere) which is sometimes perpetually busy, sometimes rings... rings... rings but no one answers, which makes it impossible to either reserve a table or even order to take away. This is my case at the moment - I've been calling non-stop for an hour and nothing!! So many employees and there isn't ONE to answer the phone for those who want to order a simple pizza to take away?! I know you're busy but be organized, like all other great restaurants!! Or do in-person customers only deserve service!!?
With this type of problem, they won't get far because no one has that much patience.

In Beja I had already heard that this space had a good reputation and I was finally able to prove it. Very friendly and understandable service from all the staff, even though my group arrived a little late for dinner, we were well received. The table was divided between pizzas and chicken escalopes with mushrooms. With excellent appearance in all dishes, we couldn't help but notice the very well filled half portions. The full dose is enough for two people to eat well, proof of this was the need to "have to take home" what was left for one of them. We will, without a doubt, return to try more dishes.
