Last night, I had a very disappointing experience at Restaurante Pizza da Praça. I arrived with high expectations, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. After placing the order, my family and I waited for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our food. During this entire time, there was no warning or update from the team about the reason for the delay.
To make matters worse, no apology was made for the long wait time. It is understandable that unforeseen events can happen in the kitchen, but the lack of communication and consideration for customers is unacceptable. A simple warning or apology would have made all the difference to our experience.
When our pizzas finally arrived, we decided to order dessert to try to make up for the waiting time. However, we were informed that it was no longer possible to order desserts. This increased our frustration even more.
Unfortunately, due to this oversight in customer service, I cannot recommend the Restaurant. I hope they improve this important aspect of the service, as the food, when it finally arrived, was delicious. However, the good flavor did not make up for the long wait, the lack of attention from the staff and the refusal to order dessert.

Embora as pizzas sejam de excelente qualidade, o atendimento foi de péssima qualidade e extremamente demorado! Entramos no restaurante às 21:15, fomos atendidos às 21:20, e 3 pizzas chegaram apenas às 22:31! No fim pedimos sobremesa e disseram que não era possível pois já passava das 22:00h! Indecente! Experiência para não voltar a repetir!

Very pleasant space for adults and children, hygienic and a quality staff.Open kitchen of excellent quality.The wonderful pizzas and pastas and, to finish, the wonderful ice creams.I recommend a mandatory stop in Benavente.
