Chaotic. 1. The waitress refused to apply the priority (9 months pregnant!) claiming that the priority was only for the pregnant woman and not for her family. 2. 1 hour waiting for the table. 3. More than 1 hour waiting for the food (everyone ordered the same; francesinha). 4. The potatoes came about 5 minutes before the francesinhas. 5. The francesinha dishes are not heated, which resulted in a francesinha that cooled very quickly. Other than that, the francesinha was good. However, we will not return because compared to other francesinhas restaurants, the service is clearly far behind.

For me it's the best francesinha in Braga, excellent flavor, tender steak, tasty fries, and the staff are all very friendly, I've been there several times and I never get tired of it, it's one of my favorite restaurants to eat francesinha.
