The last dessert served was a slice of melon that looked like an x-ray... the environment was very hot, this is not the first time that I have noticed that the A/C in this establishment is not efficient for the space. For a restaurant that charges €12 + €1.50 for the executive menu (aka daily rate), if you eat dessert you should pay more attention and consideration to customers. Bacalhau à braz is not a specialty and can easily be found at any rate and at a much more affordable price than what is charged.

The potatoes were clearly barely enough for two people, but they were serving 3 people, we asked for more potatoes because they weren't enough for the number of people being served, when they came, in addition to being raw, they were loaded with oil. The meat was so raw that it was impossible to eat, we sent a francesinha back because of the steak, when she came back, she didn't even want to eat it, the dish was all messed up. We waited a long time, we ordered a steak from Minho, the rice came and after almost 20 minutes the rest of the food came, again the steak was raw to the point where it was impossible to eat.

Very slow and disorganized service (the food did not all arrive at the same time, almost 10 minutes passed between the first and last dishes arriving at the table). Sirloin steak for €55, you order it rare, it comes well done. The employee is notified and responds "Okay." We order white rice to go with it, it comes with chorizo rice, the employee who brings the rice is alerted and only brings the side dishes 5 minutes later.Very disappointed with the service. I won't be back.
