After trying-out a Churrasqueira Cardosa in Portimão and Paraiso in Porto, we tried this one and this time there was lots of food for even cheaper. We ordered the same as the other places - two chickens, fries, salad and rice. This time we got a liter of wine and two soft drinks, we had a lotnof leftovers which we took with us and gave to a homelss. Total: 29.10€. Food was awesome.

Rustic and lovely Portuguese’s restaurant with amazing service. We reached here as our first port of arrival in Porto. And we were amazed, the food is lovely and the sangria was a bliss.

The lady that took our order was lovely and helpful, however I have to say the food was mmm….the meat ( not sure what it was) was tough and stringy and we couldn’t eat most of it… maybe it was an off night I don’t know, the other reviews make it sound like another place….a small local place to eat but somewhere I definitely wouldn’t go back to…

Avoid at all costs because this was one of the worst eating experiences of my lifetime. Read the reviews like everyone should and thought give it a go. Was really busy and popular. A friendly welcome but the food was only fit for pig swill at best. Portuguese sausage was disgusting ? the egg was dry but recommend the chips and bread ? please do not eat here!!

We looked at the Trip Advisor review about this place… and visited based on the ratings. Food… terrible at best! Pork was fatty and presented poorly. One friend had beef and onions… very bland and chewy. Sausage egg and chips was not nice… Environment… check out the floor behind the counter as you walk in..wish I had because I would have walked right out again. Floor was filthy and had clearly not been washed for a very long time. How this place got the ratings it did is beyond me… Will not be returning!!! Ever!!
