Regarding pastries, they have different items that look good. The service has absolutely no professionalism and it is clear that the staff has a huge gap in training, making it very easy to observe the lack of guidance in tasks. The atmosphere is friendly but things remain undone. In short, with adequate guidance and training it could become a much more pleasant place.

Experience at Café do Centro de Braga is always very good, from the service to the snacks. I can't say the same about the Parque Norte store, which left us waiting for about 10 minutes, and in addition we were placed on the terrace next to the smokers, even though there were 4 children in our group. It is worth remembering that at least two months later, they were attended to earlier. I no longer set my foot on this one.

We ordered a ham bagel and the bread on the bagel was not worth eating, as it was frozen (confirmed by the employee) it was like stone. We had to remove the filling and order a separate normal bread to eat with the filling. In the end, when paying by bill, they didn't pay any attention. We paid €8 for a bagel that we couldn't eat.Furthermore, the description said it came with cheddar cheese and it came with regular cheese.
