What happened to the quality of Forno Mágico?
I hadn't been to Forno Mágico for a long time, and today the experience was disappointing. The cod fritters were cold and looked bad. Where are the varied dishes they offered before? Today, there were only two options on the menu of the day. I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

There was only one time when we were well attended to and had good food. And this has been going on for many years. Unfortunately, we've been several times (on different days and times) to try to understand why it's bad. We honestly can't understand it. If the food is ordered via app, it arrives quickly and is good. Already on site, the same cannot be said.

Incompetent and arrogant staff. I arrived for lunch, they didn't give me the menu, they suggested what they thought was best (that's ok) then they forgot the orders, served the drinks and served all the other customers, until they served the same dishes we had ordered next to me. I got up and went to talk to the staff, and the answer was let's check and three different people said that. I waited another 5 minutes and no justification nor an apology was given. Of course, I got up and informed that I no longer wanted the requested meal. Embarrassing and unpleasant experience. I don't recommend it even for a quick meal.

The francesinha was in the top 6. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional either. My top 6 are as follows: 1. Braguista; 2. Coimbra Terminal; 3. Camanda; 4. Manjar das Francesinhas; 5. Levites; 6. Magic Oven. Follow the Francesinhas tour ?
