The much criticized Hamburger was perfect, the risotto was perfect, the place would be 5 stars overall if it weren't for the interference of a team member in the waiter's work. Even with my choice made, when clarifying my doubts about the other options on the menu with the table attendant, one of the team members, whom I cannot identify, called the attendant to serve other people before completing my service. The waiter always made a point of paying attention to us, and this was in no way disturbing the other customers who were being served by the other waiters. The situation of interference from the other employee whenever the waiter came to serve us started to bother us to the point that we didn't even order desserts and we decided to leave. It's the first time in my life that I've been to a restaurant where a waiter can't serve a customer.

Last time I go to this place to eat, Tagliatelle alla carbonara with no flavor/lack of salt, boiled egg in pieces instead of the egg on top type. I don't know how the owner thinks the recipe is as good as it is.

I ordered a carbonara and the sauce was completely watery with no flavor as only olive oil and pasta water were used, I don't recommend it.

Compared to other "Italian Republic" this was not the best experience. Not only is it more expensive, but the service is not good. The burgers are burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.It's not a good option.

I hope this comment can reach the restaurant manager.We used to visit the place a few times and never had any complaints.It turns out that yesterday we went to dinner, and we don't remember eating so badly in a restaurant.Completely cut carbonara pasta...no flavor. An authentic porridge.Lasagna without salt. Without soul...Calzone poorly stuffed, the edges completely empty... no sauce.Customers leave home to dine out but to eat well!!After dinner I explained to the staff but we didn't even receive an apology. Didn't even call a manager or anything. I remember that not once did he come to the table during the service to ask if everything was ok with us.If you want to continue with this restaurant, I recommend changing the chef and the dining room team. Because with this type of service and food we will not return or recommend it to anyone!!
