Since the manager who had his entire arm tattooed left (or is on an extended vacation) the quality of the food and especially the quality of the service has dropped significantly. I'm a weekly customer at the restaurant (sometimes twice a week) but the last 3 times I've been here I haven't been satisfied at all. I find it incredible that of all the staff who saw my dissatisfaction, only one barbecue chef had the dignity to apologize to me. Unfortunately I don't intend to return.
