Café do Luís had everything it needed to be 5 stars, but it is impressive how the owners fail in small attributes. The space is terrible both in winter, on rainy days and especially hot days. It's either very cold, or it drips, or it's very stuffy. Why don't they remove those windows on hot days and even leave everything open? Also, it's a flaw not to have any music. Even if it's environment. It's a lack of vision, especially in the summer when they can have attractive happy hours, as the sandwiches and drinks are so good!
