I recently had a very disappointing experience at Maria Luisa restaurant. From the beginning, the service was below expectations. My dish was served wrong and, despite promising to correct it, the solution was incomplete. I ran out of the bread I had chosen and had to settle for another type.
Furthermore, the service seemed to be done in a rush to close the establishment. At various times, employees remained inside the kitchen, leaving tables unattended and customers unattended. This is unacceptable for any self-respecting restaurant.
Unfortunately, due to this frustrating experience, I do not intend to return to Maria Luisa.
