Parking: The parking is free and all around the building, sometimes on both sides of the street also.
Kid-friendliness: The space is open so kids can run freely without bothering others and the decoratory items are short enough to keep 'em at range at all times.
Wheelchair accessibility: The floor is not elevated at all, so it's very accessable to wheelchair users.
