I had never eaten in a restaurant where I was being dismissed like that. With the cutlery still open, they ask if they can lift the plates and food. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

Worst experience of my life!Horrible service, more specifically the employee at the checkout counter, who was super rude, and clearly didn't know what he was doing.With a paid bracelet, I waited almost an hour to enter, the space is very small, and the drinks were the worst I've ever been served.I definitely won't be back!

Different restaurant than usual with good atmosphere. The food is satisfactory, however, a little over priced. Overall, it was pleasant.
Space adapted for a bar/nightclub with reasonable drinks.We entered as a group at a “private” event whose ticket included entry + drink for €15.To our surprise, we had to pay an additional €10 on departure - the ticket description said “minimum consumptionmandatory “ which meant having to pay an additional €10.We honestly feel that there was Misleading Advertising.

Terrible, customer service 0. I've been trying to call to make a reservation for over a week, they don't answer the contact details indicated here and they don't respond on social media. When I finally got an RSP via SMS they were already sold out. If you can't respond over the phone, you shouldn't post it here.

Fizemos reserva para o jantar de Natal da nossa empresa a dia 7 de novembro, para o dia 2dr dezembro . Disseram que nessa semana nos enviavam o menu. Depois de várias tentativas de entrar em contacto, porque ninguém atende ou devolve chamadas, lá atenderam. Não tinham feito a nossa reserva, deixaram-nos sem opções. E responderam por mensagem.
