Terrible service! An hour and a half to serve dinner. They don't respect customers' arrival, and the response I got from the manager was that the other tables had orders that were easier to satisfy. More than four tables passed in front of us. How do you explain this to an 8 year old? In the middle of this wait, the pizzas arrived with us almost cold. I appreciate the manager's apology, but there are things that you don't ask for, avoid them or be proactive and go to the tables before customers ask for explanations about the bad service.
