I didn't like it I asked for a drink they didn't ask if I wanted it in a can or in a glass they just gave me the most expensive option and the waiter was super ignorant and the food wasn't very good

Service at this Pizza Hut (restaurant) is terrible... Only two employees... many tables to be cleared... Customers waiting for food and the food sitting on the counter... at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to seat us and the waiter had the nerve to look at us come and get ready-made food, pass by us and say nothing... not even a sorry as soon as there is a clean table, I'll sit them down... as a customer, what I gave the impression was that the aim was for people to despair and leave, as happened to us and others families... it's shameful to pay wages to people who above all have no respect or civility... I feel sorry for the lady who worked with this guy who, besides not being competent, she couldn't even talk to him...This happened on 01/02/2024 at around 1:30 pm

Terrible service! 50 minutes waiting for the starters: garlic bread because they don't have the other option. After 10 minutes, 1 pizza arrived, after we complained and two tables got up to leave due to the waiting time. We were the first to arrive at the room and someone else was served first, ate and paid and we still hadn't even eaten starters. I am pregnant and my companion has a 3 month old baby. There were two girls running inside and outside serving a guy who didn't help at ALL. Ran away from customers; He was not available and was clearly unable to deal with pressure or provide a mere justification. I will NEVER go back.
