Unfortunately, I come to share a story that occurred on 06/20/2024 at the aforementioned commercial establishment. After 8pm, when I was already inside the establishment with my mother, we saw a mother with a child who clearly did not know the internal rules of the place enter with a takway order without any problems, minutes later that same person was asked to leave even though they had more than enough tables for this and the reason for the situation was not even explained to the person in charge. When questioned, the employee informed me that this is customary, but nowhere at the entrance to the establishment is this regulation indicated for outsiders and this unfortunately caused unnecessary embarrassment for the mother and her child who were not in the habit of frequent the place. Finally, I ask that it also be an internal rule to have an informative sign (in a visible place) to prevent such embarrassment from happening.

Worse and worse!4 rodízios + 1 margarita pizza and the margarita pizza came last (1 person looking and the others eating)The running carvery has nothing to do with the old days 1 slice for each person and at the end a large pizza that had the products of the last 3 pizzas ?Instead of having 7 pizzas, 5 came because 1 pizza counts for 3.??Honestly pizza hut never again. As I said at the beginning, getting worse and worse, very disappointed.I do not advise.The pictures are pretty but it doesn't look that good for the table.I leave a photo to see what they eat from a type of pizza!Never!

I loved pizza hut until tonight.1 rodizio which is supposed to be 7 pizzas, the first 2 were small pizzas, 1 normal, then the last grab but counted as 2 pizzas (a real scam) a total of 5 instead of 7 at the base! And during this time I watched my family eat because my individual pizza they brought it to me with the last pizza from the rodizio... inadmissible! I strongly advise against. Even the taste that I liked of the cheese from their sign to change. Finally disappointed to the point. Never again !
