What a delicious dinner and how comfortable we were at Dom Ferreira. We ordered the Star dish: duck rice. Incredible. I will recommend everyone to visit this tasquinha when traveling to Braga. Out of 10 everything, food, atmosphere and service. We will be back!!

Had an excellent time at the traditional Portuguese restaurant. My friend and I had the Arroz de Pato, 1/2 serving. To be honest, it was enough to feed 3 people but we finished it because it was THAT good! The staff is also really welcoming.
This place deserves nothing less than perfect reviews. I am not even sure why anyone would give it less than 5* tbh.
For context this is our 6th day in Portugal, and we had plenty of great food in Porto. This place somehow overperformed them by a huge margin! Generous portions with a lot of protein, great cooking and taste, and friendly people. If you are in Braga do everything to try this place once at least!

3 people arrived to eat, and they told us that we should have reserved, that they didn't have a place for another hour, so I told him to reserve for 1 hour, and he replied that they don't reserve, that it's in order of arrival, that we have I had to wait 1 hour there in person and the place had empty tables.

The Braga cod was bland and the onion was coarsely chopped. The accompaniments (boiled potato and a vegetable) of the Octopus with green sauce seemed to have been cooked the day before. For us not to repeat but there were local people there, other dishes may be better.

Authentic Tasca in Braga with delicious food. I had “arroz de pato” (duck rice), which was DIVINE! This is the best one I had in my life :) I ordered half a portion (meia dose), which would have been sufficient for two people. They proposed to pack up the rest for take-away.
