The food seems to be made at controlled costs, but the customer service is unimaginably bad.Because I chose tagliatelli, I asked for a tablespoon (usually very normal in restaurants that try to say Italian). They handed me an opaque bag with cutlery. When I sat down to eat lunch I realized that the bag was carrying dessert cutlery and not a soup spoon. I got up and cordially alerted them to the mistake, trying to correct the situation.The answer I got: "it's because they probably don't have it anymore." Subject closed. Nothing more!If they had told me "get out of trouble" they would have used less 'Latin'Until never more!It is urgent to start realizing that not only the price of labor counts when hiring. We need to ensure that whoever is working knows how to do it in our culture. Training is essential!

A bit of a shame... my wife ordered Bolognese pasta for my little one, the pasta was almost raw and the minced meat could only be seen with "binoculars"! Be ashamed and stop blatantly "stealing" from those who are looking for you!We will never go there again... shameful!

They never have lasagna. In the 4 times I've been there, they've never had one, even at times earlier than dinner, around 7:30 pm. I won't even stop by for lasagna anymore. As for the rest of the dishes, they are good and at an affordable price. Good friendliness of the staff.
