The quality of the food and wine was simply outstanding. We tried some of the exiciting combinations such as beef with gorgonzola and raspberries which was a delight. We wouldn't hesistate in highly recommending this restaurant.
We happened upon this small restaurant while looking for a place to have dinner in Braganca. The focus of the posted menu on local produce was an enticement, and, happily, we were able to get the next to last table. There are only about 20 -22 places inside during the colder months. In warmer months there are more outside tables. My wife had a beautiful fish accompanied by local, seasonal vegetables, and I enjoyed venison with different accompanying vegetables and sinfully smooth,...
We went to Bragança on a holiday and Alma Lusa was one of the few restaurants open. The place is small but very cozy and warm. The tables and chairs are very comfortable and the service is very good. The food is abundant and delicious, the menu is quite varied as is the dessert/dessert menu, you can tell that everything is homemade and they prepare everything on site.
