Outstanding food in a delightful setting and really good service. The value for money was also very good. We had a stunning Gorgonzola and pear risotto (????) and pork ribs with a lovely fresh salad and good hand cut fries. The house wine was really good. We will return next time we are in the area!

What a wonderful find, the hosts were very hospitable and food was cooked to perfection! Even the salad was seasoned beautifully!! There was something for everyone. It is cash only but the owners were patient whilst we found the nearest cash point in Sintra.

A nice restaurant with easy parking, greatly appreciated in these beautiful villages with narrow streets. We received an excellent service from its owner Luis. He was very charming and smiley. He gave us very good food and wine recommendations.

I’ve gone to this restaurant before with a friend and now I brought the whole family. The food is even more delicious than I recalled and the ambiance and staff are so nice!! You definitely get well fed here, the portions are huge! Will return!

We ordered robalo with batatas so murro and at the end was only one sad cooked potato. The second plate was choquinhos Fritos but it wasn’t well prepared and not clean. The service was poor and not very humble. The price were a bit high for price/ quality
