I went to the drive-thru and received unsatisfactory service from an employee who did not show any attention to my requests. Furthermore, he did not include my NIF on the invoice. Later, the milk shakes were only half-full delivered. The employee who delivered the order at the second window didn't utter a single word, not even a "good riddance" or something similar. I find this attitude quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, this type of situation has become increasingly frequent in this establishment.

Even though we didn't know the language, the staff was very helpful at all times and tried to make sure we understood everything well. The only bad thing in the end is the atmosphere because you are in a shopping center.
