If it weren't for the delay and mediocre service, it would have been more stars. People who entered later were served first. After waiting 45 minutes, my husband asked if they were still taking too long. The burgers were on the counter... The burgers are very good, but they don't justify the price and the delay. The employees look like dizzy cockroaches, they walk around in pairs chatting outside and inside the kitchen. Hear dishes breaking. With the restaurant practically empty, we were seated next to another couple. I've been there a few times and the service has only gotten worse.

Edit: I recently returned and the cooks have been replaced and the quality of the food has reduced substantially, unfortunately.

The meat on the burgers is of great quality, it was exactly as cooked as we ordered and it is very tasty! For starters we ordered crispy chicken, besides being crispy, they have a very good flavor and with the Barbecue sauce on the side they are even better. The fries come with an excellent sauce to accompany them (garlic mayonnaise).

I went to the restaurant in the ubbo restaurant, terrible service, the staff only talk to each other, barely serve the customers, they don't have order of arrival, they spend the whole time talking with their backs turned to the customer, they don't even know the tables, ridiculous, it's like a circus

Instead of dividing the tables by employee, everyone can serve anywhere. There is also a lack of basic restaurant procedure: customer leaves, cleans the table, prepares for the next person and takes their seat. First comes the food, then the cutlery.There are no straws for children and no smaller cup compatible with small hands.In the last 5 years it has been going downhill.Avoid rush hours
