The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. From the time we arrived until we were served, we waited almost an hour. Fried egg swimming in oil, employee "picking teeth" in the room... they lifted things from the table without asking if they could, then no one knew and no one saw, improve the service.
Improving... Bread. At Ribatejo there will certainly be homemade bread, slices of corn and wheat to transform the bread basket into an appetizing meal alongside the excellent olives and sheep's cheese that we find on the tables when we sit down.But the experience was just beginning and it wasn't for the bread that I came here...Fried eels, just right.
