Catastrophe! I had a chicken sandwich. The bun was dry and the sandwich had no sauce. The ham and cheese sandwich was also very dry and had no sauce or salad. Just to have a coffee ok. Service miserable. Not recommendable!

Prices cheap, veggie burger a bit dry. Question about sauce was met with surprise. There was confusion about the prices: €12 for the dry burger as it was on the menu (without fries) would be too much, but in the end it was only charged at €5 and that's ok.

Worst service I have ever seen. After waiting a long time, they gave us a pad to write down our order. When we asked for a compal, the unpleasant person at the company said that there was no compal there, only at the pastry shop (although it is on the menu). He responded badly to all the customers, saying that it all depended on whether the boss was in a good mood. As the poor service was not enough, we were still served poor quality food. One of the people I went with was in a bad mood. Nothing that was served was worth the price.

Service was already disappointing, but okay, maybe the lady was not having her day. Shrimp were dry and not tasty, the question if we wanted bread came halfway through the meal. Fish and chips, had nothing to do with fish, Captain Iglo would still be ashamed of it. When we indicated that the wine tasted good but the food was not good, she indicated that we should complain to the cook, she could do nothing about it. Disappointing, definitely not recommended.

Ate here this afternoon, after ordering I looked at the reviews. It turned out that it was better to do that in advance. Great beer, nice and cold but otherwise small portions, nothing special. Very expensive for what you get and nothing special. Fries were a little cold but quite crispy, salad was dry. The clerk was fast, but not for us again.
Pricey meals for such low quality. Fish and chips was frozen fish stick. Waitress was rude, took 20 minutes to even ask if we wanted a drink. Seemed to ignore us for the longest time. Calamari is frozen rings. In a land full of fresh fish what a disappointment Portugal is full of restaurants with fresh fish and chips for 12 to 15 euros. This is not one of them

Food is downright bad! Everything comes straight from the freezer. Limp, greasy fries and the roast meat is served so dry and cold that you have to swallow it with water. The service is very poor, the lady only comes when you call or beckon her. At 3 o'clock the menu boards were brought in and she shouted that the cook didn't feel like it anymore!? Once but never again!!!

Terrible service!!! It was not busy (perhaps 10 people) and I was not even aknowledged by the waitress. I can't speak for the food or drink because I walked out after being sat for 15 minutes, despite there beingt least 2 staff on duty. Really no way to treat your customers. Give your money to people that care.
