Terrible service, I chose this cafe to have lunch with my family I placed an order and they sent a completely different one to the table when I tried to explain that this was not my order the two ladies did not even let me begin to explain what happened they just responded sarcastically in raised tones of voice for me, they didn't want to give me the receipt for my expense which was almost 13 euros in the cafeteria and 12.5 in the games side. In other words, it was my choice to spend this money in this cafe. I find it unacceptable that these ladies have no idea or qualified training in customer service or the rights and duties of each person. I just didn't ask for the complaints book out of pity for the owner, who certainly doesn't know that these things happen in his establishment.
