On our last visit however I was having trouble finding the almost microscopic burger patty on the gigantic bun.This doesn't have to be a permanent situation and loss of customers if only they decide to return to customer service and care first.I understand that everyone needs to make money but please remember that it takes time to do so, it doesn't happen over night.The burgers taste good and the fries are great but I just felt cheated when I went to eat my burger and missed the big patty from the past.
